Global Customer Support Center

 

Honeywell’s Global Customer Support Center (GCSC) provides business process management services for Honeywell businesses across geographies, including after-market technical and channel support, pre-sales support, order and master data management, market research and pricing support.

It has a diversified workforce of more than 550 operating 24X7 from Gurgaon and Bangalore in India, and has recently added a center in Nanjing, China. GCSC’s key focus is on cost optimization, simplifying customer experience, value-added partnerships, and enabling functional transformation through procurement, marcom, eLearning, etc.

 

Human Resources Services

 

Human Resources Services (HRS) delivers a strategically aligned portfolio of HR shared services to Honeywell managers, employees, dependents and retirees through a global delivery organization. HRS works in the areas of compensation and benefits, global mobility services, HR data administration, learning administration, payroll, and other HR transactional services.

HRS services more than 200,000 global employees, managers and retirees, including more than ~500 expatriates and international assignments. Every year, it processes more than a million HR transactions, including delivering more than three million pay slips worldwide.

 

Finance Excellence and Operations

 

Finance Excellence and Operations (FE&O) was conceived in 2003 to leverage the region’s growing emergence in IT and ITeS capabilities, and has more than 350 employees based in Bangalore and Madurai. FE&O provides end-to-end financial services to businesses across Honeywell. It is Honeywell’s largest finance support center outside the US.

FE&O is a one-stop-shop for a wide spectrum of financial services across all Honeywell businesses globally. The Customer to Cash team (C2C) drives working capital management and credit risk support for India, North America, APAC and Europe. The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group generates key business decision drivers and analytics. FE&O also offers end-to-end travel and expense management solution for Honeywell employees worldwide, besides extending general accounting support to several Honeywell businesses.
