Draft Contingent Hazardous Waste Management Facility Part I Permit
Text Size:

A hazardous waste permit establishes the waste management activities such as identification and control of hazardous materials that have been released onsite, define safety standards, facility performance activities (e.g., groundwater monitoring and reporting), and typically requires facilities to develop emergency plans, find insurance and financial backing and train employees to handle hazards. MDNR ensures that the facility is in compliance with the conditions stated in the permit.  Below are the documents associated with the hazardous waste permit.
