Part of our dedication to our communities is reaching out to the next generation of Kansas City National Security Campus scientists and engineers. We support science and math education through a variety of ways-whether it be financing an exhibit at Science City or sending engineers to school career days. Following are brief descriptions of some of our education outreach efforts.
Bring an Engineer to Class
Bring an Engineer to Class Teachers at greater Kansas City area elementary, middle and high schools are welcome to invite a Honeywell engineer into the classroom to provide hands-on demonstrations and to talk about careers in engineering.
FIRST Robotics Competition
FIRST Robotics Competition In constructing a robot, FIRST Robotics teaches students how to solve engineering design problems in an interesting and competitive way.

FMA Live! Honeywell and NASA partnered in 2003 to create FMA Live!. The program is part of Honeywell Hometown Solutions.
