Pathways to Success

Honeywell's Pathways program provides top MBA/Master's candidates with the opportunity to take on leadership roles within our company by providing them with the practical skills and business acumen they need. Each year, we invite a select group of MBA/Master's hires to participate in a rotational program that typically includes two or three high-impact assignments across Honeywell's businesses. The focus is on learning and rapidly maximizing your talents and skills. For this reason, flexible requirements govern assignment length, location, and function. This allows us to accommodate special interests, personal strengths, and development needs. We place emphasis on completion of tasks, rather than on preset time spent in any one role.

Senior-Level Mentoring

As a Pathways participant, you can immediately demonstrate your leadership skills while working with top-level Honeywell leaders. You can also learn the key elements of Honeywell's total quality, business excellence, and Six Sigma Plus programs; participate in learning activities that revolve around both industry knowledge and business skills; benefit from mentoring; and receive regular feedback via periodic performance reviews from program supervisors.

Successful participation in Pathways will prepare you for key leadership roles within an area of interest to you. The benefits of Pathways do not stop with graduation from the program. Pathways’ participants network throughout Honeywell, creating opportunities for future assignments and promotional opportunities that cross formal department boundaries.

MBA/Master’s Internships

Honeywell offers challenging assignments that provide opportunities to learn and develop in the following functions: Human Resources/Communications; Integrated Supply Chain/Operations; Marketing/Business Development/Strategy; Information Technology; and Management. We provide interns with assignments and projects that are challenging and that add value to the business. Working alongside business leaders and managers, interns are given an inside look at potential career paths. Throughout your experience, you will network with a variety of people in your profession, as well as others within Honeywell's strategic business groups. Working closely with your manager and colleagues, these individuals can help guide and mentor you through your internship, and expose you to opportunities to which you aspire.
