Overview

Since Honeywell Hungary was founded in 1976, the Company’s operations have expanded to two manufacturing facilities in Nagykanizsa and Budapest, employing approximately 500 people. Honeywell Building, Environmental and Combustion Controls, Sensing and Control, and Process solutions sales activities are located in the Budapest headquarters. Honeywell Process Solution services and the EMEA engineering Center for Advanced Solutions are based in Százhalombatta.

Honeywell Life Safety Solutions – including Fire Alarm Systems, Electro-Acoustic Emergency Warning Systems (voice alarms) and Public Address Systems under the “Esser by Honeywell” trademark, as well as Life Care Systems under the “Ackermann by Honeywell” trademark – are distributed by Honeywell Life Safety Austria in Austria and throughout the Eastern and Southern Europe region.
