Our Integrity and Compliance program includes the following elements:
- Conducting company-wide training for employees on health, safety, environmental responsibility, non-discrimination, conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, trade controls, and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in all business interactions.
- Performing thorough reviews of transactions to ensure compliance with every legal standard.
- Establishing Integrity & Compliance Councils at the corporate, business unit, and regional levels.
- Providing resources to ensure compliance with every law at every level of our business.
- Using tools to ensure orders are accepted from, and shipments made to, only countries or persons not under sanctions.
- Focusing significantly on compliance with anti-corruption laws and addressing potential risks of non-compliance with enhanced forensic audit capabilities.

- Implementing robust integration processes to ensure newly acquired companies understand and comply with Honeywell policies and procedures.

- Enforces a zero tolerance against any form of retaliation for making a good faith report of actual or potential misconduct.
Our Code of Business Conduct is a fundamental part of the Honeywell Behaviors and outlines the basic rules of conduct that employees are expected to follow. Honeywell employees receive annual on our Code of Business Conduct and expects employees to certify its adherence to these standards every year.
Our employees and third-party stakeholders should always feel comfortable coming forward or immediately reporting anyone not observing the Code through one of the available reporting channels. Honeywell will not tolerate retaliation against anyone asking questions or raising concerns.
